Hi-Tech Composite Body The proprietary material used for the Bliss clarinet body represents the pinnacle of modern composite technology and it was chosen for Bliss for several reasons. Stable enough to withstand temperatures of -120?C while its pistol handle grade durability makes our composite resistant to every bump and fall associated with a typical day of hard playing. Also, based on acoustic testing, the material used for the Bliss bodies produced a sound that was more full and most closely resembled the grenadilla wood found on artist level clarinets.
