Replacement barrel 1963 Pete Fountain

I am playing a 1963 vintage Leblanc PF and the original barrel has cracked with age.
Can this be replaced with the current day PF barrel? How can I order something like that?
My old barrel is 68-mm but I seem to be a little flat compared to the R-13 next to me
(so 65-66mm is probably desired).
